ByteSub grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or authorized commercial use. Users may not:

• Reverse engineer the software
• Redistribute the software
• Bypass licensing or activation
• Use the software unlawfully
• Exploit vulnerabilities

All rights not expressly granted remain the property of ByteSub.

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for their downloaded content, compliance with local laws, respecting intellectual property rights, and maintaining account security. You must ensure you have permission to download or access content.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

ByteSub is a download management tool. We do not host copyrighted media. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with copyright law. ByteSub does not encourage piracy or unauthorized downloading.

Premium Features & Payments

ByteSub subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller on record for your purchase, handles billing and applicable sales tax, and its Buyer Terms apply alongside these terms. By purchasing premium access, you agree that pricing may change, subscriptions renew until cancelled, and licenses may include device limits. Abuse or fraud may result in license termination. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable payment provider policies.

Service Availability

We strive for uninterrupted access but do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteSub shall not be liable for loss of data, download interruptions, third-party content issues, or indirect damages. Use of ByteSub is at your own risk.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ByteSub from claims arising from violation of these Terms, misuse of the software, illegal activities, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms, abuse licensing systems, engage in unlawful activities, or attempt to compromise security.

ByteSub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee download success on all websites, compatibility with all platforms, or continuous feature availability.
